User Experience Innovator Job

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented individual to play a key role in designing intuitive and impactful user experiences across our platform.

As a UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating clean, user-friendly, and modern interfaces for web and mobile applications. Your primary focus will be on designing responsive web and mobile UI screens for dashboards and collaborating with developers to implement pixel-perfect UI designs using Figma or similar tools.

You will ensure design consistency across all modules, create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for new features, and work closely with the UX team to improve user journeys and simplify workflows. Additionally, you will develop design systems, style guides, and component libraries for scalability and incorporate Islamic design aesthetics where appropriate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design responsive web and mobile UI screens for dashboards.
  • Collaborate with developers to implement pixel-perfect UI designs.
  • Ensure design consistency across all modules.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for new features.
  • Work closely with the UX team to improve user journeys and simplify workflows.
  • Develop design systems, style guides, and component libraries for scalability.
  • Incorporate Islamic design aesthetics where appropriate.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful as a UI Designer, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a UI Designer (2+ years preferred).
  • Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles for both desktop and mobile.
  • Experience designing dashboards, financial/fintech platforms, or SaaS products.
  • Knowledge of UX best practices, usability, and accessibility standards.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks on a part-time schedule.
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You should have a strong eye for detail, an understanding of Islamic finance principles (or willingness to learn), and the ability to translate complex features into simple, elegant designs.
