**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Wealth Management Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for offering expert financial advisory services to high net worth individuals (HNI) and ultra-high net worth individuals (UHNI).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive financial planning and investment advice to HNI/UHNI clients, focusing on mutual funds, stocks, bonds, and portfolio management services.
  • Acquire new clients through business development activities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Lead the recruitment, training, and mentoring of team members to ensure their growth and retention.
  • Consistently grow the client's assets under management (AUM) from new and existing clients.
  • Generate revenue streams to support incentives for self and team contributions.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • At least 10 years of experience in wealth management advisory services.
  • A postgraduate degree from any discipline.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of stability in current and previous assignments.
