Key Responsibilities:
- Conducts thorough nutritional assessments to identify employees' and patients' dietary needs.
- Develops personalized diet plans tailored to address lifestyle disorders, such as diabetes, hypertension, obesity, and cardiovascular conditions.
- Provides expert guidance on healthy eating habits for individuals exposed to occupational risks, high-temperature environments, and physically demanding tasks.
- Creates balanced and nutritious menus for the canteen, ensuring alignment with occupational health and energy requirements.
- Maintains high standards of food quality, hygiene, and portioning in canteens to ensure compliance with nutrition and safety norms.
- Counsels employees on adopting healthy eating practices to prevent occupational fatigue and lifestyle-related illnesses.
- Develops comprehensive nutrition programs to support worker well-being, immunity, and energy levels.
- Conducts awareness sessions, workshops, and health talks on balanced diet, workplace nutrition, hydration, and stress-related eating.
- Collaborates with healthcare professionals to provide holistic patient care.
- Maintains accurate records of dietary assessments, menu plans, interventions, and progress for compliance and reporting purposes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Nutrition & Dietetics or related field.
- Registered Dietitian certification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Dietitian, preferably in occupational health or hospital settings.
- Strong knowledge of clinical nutrition, occupational health nutrition, and preventive healthcare.
- Experience in large-scale menu planning and industrial canteen management is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
