A graduate or postgraduate degree is required, with an MBA preferred. In addition to your academic credentials, you should possess excellent written and oral communication skills in English, as well as the ability to navigate ambiguity and conflicting priorities with ease.

This position requires someone who can think critically and approach problems with a growth mindset. Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in comprehension, negotiation, and problem-solving, are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee the execution of comprehensive social media strategies that align with our brand identity and target audience.
  • Content Creation: Curate and schedule engaging content across multiple social media platforms, leveraging knowledge of community management to maximize impact.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Establish and maintain efficient working relations with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating resolution of issues through effective communication.
  • Operational: Plan, execute, and manage deliveries for enterprises across industries, ensuring on-time delivery of projects that meet or exceed set quality standards.
  • Client Partnership: Build strong relationships with new and existing clients, identifying their pain points and future needs to deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a client-facing role, with at least 3 years of experience in team management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a growth mindset and proactive approach.
  • Proficiency in comprehension, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Graduate or postgraduate degree (MBA preferred).
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and conflicting priorities with rigor.
