Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop generative AI solutions that integrate with existing systems and meet business requirements, leveraging expertise in data science and AI.

  • Provide expert guidance on AI model training, validation, and continuous improvement, ensuring solutions meet performance and business requirements.
  • Fine-tune existing open-source models or develop telecom-specific Generative AI solutions, utilizing skills in data querying and scripting languages.
  • Implement best practices for AI development, including monitoring and evaluation, to ensure effective solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in AI projects, fostering a learning culture within the team.
  • Conduct research and develop proof of concepts (POCs) for innovative AI solutions, exploring new applications and techniques.
  • Communicate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders, bridging the gap between technical teams and business units.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, data scientists, and business teams to drive AI-powered initiatives, aligning efforts with business objectives.
  • Establish and monitor key metrics to measure the success and performance of AI models, informing future development and optimization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data science, with strong expertise in generative AI technologies and data querying/scripting languages.
  • Experience in the telecommunications domain is highly preferred, with a focus on developing AI solutions that meet business needs.
  • Strong hands-on experience with fine-tuning AI models, including SERT, PaLM, ChatGPT, and LLM.
  • Proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP), including language modeling, sequence-to-sequence architectures, and semantic understanding.
  • Technical proficiency in data science tools and platforms, including Python, JavaScript, MongoDB, AWS/GCP, and API integrations.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
