Chief Transformation Officer

The Senior Vice President of Transformation will lead the development and execution of strategic and operational transformation initiatives across our North American, UK, and Australian insurance business.
This role will be responsible for driving modernization of processes, platforms, data capabilities, and artificial intelligence adoption, while fostering deep partnerships with internal stakeholders including Solutions, Delivery, Underwriting, Claims, Technology, and Compliance.
As a seasoned leader, you will drive large-scale transformation programs that focus on process excellence, digital transformation, and operational improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transformation Leadership:
- Lead the transformation office to drive process excellence (PEX) and ensure timely execution of strategic efficiency projects.
- Develop and execute a multi-year transformation roadmap aligned with regional business goals and regulatory frameworks.
- Re-engineer inefficient processes using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
- Oversee the selection and implementation of core platforms across regions.
- Build a unified data strategy to support pricing, risk modeling, fraud detection, and customer insights across markets.
- Identify and scale AI use cases such as intelligent underwriting, claims triage, document processing, and virtual assistants.
