Cloud Consultant/Architect Role Overview

As a skilled Salesforce Cloud Consultant/Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud-based solutions for life sciences companies.

This role requires strong technical expertise in Salesforce CRM platforms, Life Sciences Cloud, and cloud computing technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience with data modeling, governance, and application development methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement cloud-based solutions using Salesforce CRM platforms, Care management, Clinical data management, Complete patient view, EHR integration, communities implementation, and clinical documentation.
  • Develop and manage data structures, metadata, and data governance policies using data modeling and governance techniques.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications using cloud computing technologies, architectures, and best practices.
  • Develop applications using application development methodologies and best practices, including coding languages like Apex and Visualforce.

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms.
  • Strong knowledge in Life Sciences Cloud.
  • Good knowledge in Einstein's AI for intelligent guidance (Einstein Trust Layer), Data Cloud for seamless real-time data integration, and a suite of established CRM tools for sales, service, marketing, commerce, and analytics.
  • Cloud Computing: Understanding of cloud technologies, architectures, and best practices.
  • Data Modeling and Governance: Experience with designing and managing data structures, metadata, and data governance policies.
  • Application Development: Knowledge of application development methodologies and best practices, including coding languages like Apex and Visualforce.
  • Integration: Experience with integrating Salesforce with other systems and applications.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, identify risks, and develop solutions.
