Key Responsibilities:

  • Launch and scale high-ROI campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.">
  • Optimize campaign performance by tracking ROAS, CAC, CTR, conversions, and squeezing out better results daily.">
  • Test and lead structured A/B tests across creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting.">
  • Collaborate with creatives to turn fun, bold ideas into ads that actually convert.">
  • Analyze campaigns, uncover insights, and translate numbers into next steps.">
  • Manage budgets smartly to maximize every rupee spent for the biggest impact.">
  • Stay curious and explore new paid platforms to keep us ahead of the curve.">

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (D2C or agency).">
  • A strong understanding of data, analytics, and dashboards.">
  • Confidence in using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and Sheets.">
  • An analytical mind combined with creativity – you know when to crunch numbers and when to experiment.">
  • Self-starting ability, curiosity, and eagerness to try new things in a fast-paced startup environment.">
  • Bonus: Experience with retention marketing, CRO, or email/SMS is a plus.">
