We are seeking a talented embroiderer to fill this creative role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing fabric manipulation, embroidery, and textures.

1. Design Creation

• Develop original techniques for fabric manipulation, embroidery, and textile designs, including patterns, prints, weaves, and innovative materials.
• Experiment with color palettes and investigate dyeing techniques, laser techniques, and mixing of other materials.
• Craft unique fabric manipulation techniques.
• Stay up-to-date on fashion, textiles, and consumer trends.

1. Material Sourcing

• Select suitable fabrics and materials based on design requirements and functionality.
• Source sustainable or innovative materials when necessary.

1. Technical Proficiency

• Utilize design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or CAD (Computer-Aided Design) to create digital designs.
• Understand textile production processes, including weaving, knitting, printing, and dyeing.
• Create technical specifications for manufacturers.

1. Collaboration

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with the overall vision.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to understand target audiences and market trends.

• Develop prototypes to test designs.
