**Job Title:** Road Safety Specialist - India Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Road Safety Specialist to lead our road safety initiatives in India.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transportation planning, urban design, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in mobility and/or road safety in India.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing successful urban mobility programs, analyzing crash data, and conducting road safety audits. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for capacity building, training, community engagement, enforcement, and interdepartmental coordination.

Key qualifications include a master's degree in transportation planning/engineering, urban planning, or a related field, and proficiency in MS Office Suite, Auto Cad, GIS, and data analysis tools.

A strong understanding of Indian policies, laws, and regulations is essential. The candidate should also possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree: Transportation Planning/Engineering, Urban Planning, Urban Design, Public Policy, or a related field
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in mobility and/or road safety in India
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Excellent communication, collaboration, interpersonal, and presentation skills
