Regional Social Media Manager

We are seeking a Regional Social Media Manager to drive growth and engagement across regional fan pages.

The role demands expertise in short-form video creation, social media campaign management, and platform optimization. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality content, growing followers, and increasing engagement rates.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Content Production (60%)
  • Produce 5 high-quality videos weekly via Reels/Shorts, testimonials, and event highlights.
  • Publish daily shorts across YouTube and social media platforms.
  • Design 5+ static posts weekly using graphics, carousels, and stories.
  • Update weekly Google My Business posts with fresh content.
  • Growth & Engagement (25%)
  • Deliver 15% monthly follower growth and 10%+ engagement rates.
  • Share weekly updates on events, announcements, and photo opportunities.
  • Drive 6+ Google reviews per month per location.
  • Campaigns & Initiatives (15%)
  • Execute localized digital campaigns at least once a month.
  • Train students to create engaging content through Social Media Clubs.
  • Track and report key performance indicators with actionable insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Graduate degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in social media marketing with a focus on short-form video content.
  • Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar design software.
  • Proven track record of achieving 15%+ monthly account growth.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
