Senior HVAC Design Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Design Manager to lead our HVAC design efforts, focusing on the delivery of high-quality HVAC systems for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.

  • Design and develop HVAC systems that meet or exceed client expectations by applying industry-leading knowledge and expertise.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of designs.
  • Conduct feasibility studies to propose innovative products and technologies that enhance system efficiency and sustainability.
  • Evaluate and recommend vendors based on technical and commercial evaluation criteria.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards and procedures, including ASHRAE and ISHRAE guidelines.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 10+ years of experience or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 7+ years of experience.
  • Working knowledge of Revit and BIM software is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC design principles, including heating and cooling needs, ventilation requirements, and budgetary considerations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
