Job Overview:
At L&T Construction & Mining Machinery, we are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join our team. As a key point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for end-to-end sales cycles and business development through customer acquisition and building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Potential sales lead identification and maximization of customer potential in designated regions.
  • Developing long-term relationships with customers by managing and interpreting their requirements.
  • Persuading clients that our product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery.
  • Negotiating contract agreement terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.

Educational Requirements: B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 3-10 years of relevant experience in selling construction equipment like excavators, compactors, loaders etc.

What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range of ₹80 lakh - ₹1.5 crore per annum (negotiable)

Location: Mandi, Himachal Pradesh

Working Hours: Regular working hours with frequent travel to meet existing and potential customers.
