The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of digital marketing strategies, SEO, content marketing, and social media management.

This role requires creativity, analytical skills, and a data-driven approach to maximize online visibility and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Content Strategy & Optimization: Develop and optimize high-quality content for websites, blogs, landing pages, and social media to drive organic traffic and engagement.
  • Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.), create engaging content, and drive audience interaction.
  • SEO & Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research, implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies, and optimize website content to improve search rankings.
  • Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media insights; generate reports and recommendations for improvement.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Increase in website traffic, organic search rankings, and engagement metrics.
  • Growth in social media following, engagement rates, and brand mentions.
  • Improvement in lead generation and conversion rates from digital campaigns.
  • Enhanced brand visibility and thought leadership in the offshore staffing industry.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, and content marketing.
  • Strong expertise in SEO, social media marketing, and content strategy.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz), and social media management tools.
  • Experience with content creation and lead generation strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to marketing.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
