This is a unique opportunity to work as a Vision Care Specialist, overseeing the delivery of exceptional eye care services across various locations in India. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing comprehensive eye tests and providing personalized recommendations for eyewear and contact lenses;
  • Conducting regular training sessions for store staff on optometry and optical retail best practices;
  • Maintaining high standards of eye test quality and dispensing accuracy throughout all stores under your supervision.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Leading by example and driving business growth through innovative sales strategies and excellent customer service skills;
  • Fostering strong relationships with regional managers and area operation managers to ensure seamless communication and effective team collaboration;
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Optometry or related field;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail optometry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results;
  • Excellent knowledge of optometry, refraction, and eye wear products;
  • Able to travel extensively within India for business purposes;
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a passion for mentoring and developing others;
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, with a focus on driving business growth and innovation.
