DevOps Engineer Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient cloud-based systems.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes, as well as proficiency in scripting languages like Bash or Python.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position, as the engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

This role requires a strong background in Linux system administration and containerization, with experience working with configuration management tools like Ansible.

Experience with cloud deployment and automation using Terraform and CloudFormation is also highly valued.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have expertise in building and managing CI/CD pipelines, deploying applications using Configuration Management Tools, and maintaining infrastructure as code.

Soft skills include strong communication, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Leadership experience, mentoring team members, and working cross-functionally with other engineering teams is also beneficial.

Requirements:
