Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our team in managing projects and work assignments.

  • Serves as a key resource in identifying, tracking, and resolving project issues while developing skills to do this independently.
  • Assists in monitoring and communicating project status to the project team while developing skills to do this independently.
  • Provides administrative support for the design and development of project plans and timelines.

The ideal candidate will have significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through training or on-the-job experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicates effectively - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
  • Manages complexity - Making sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.
  • Plans and aligns - Planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.
  • Resourcefulness - Securing and deploying resources effectively and efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications

High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations. College or equivalent degree preferred.

Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through training or on-the-job experience.
