Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our claims management function. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex claims processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage claims from initiation to resolution, ensuring timely and fair settlements.
  • Review and validate claims, liaising with insurers and advocating for clients' interests.
  • Act as primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and information.
  • Ensure all claims are handled in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective claims handling strategies to minimize losses.
Requirements
  • Possess strong understanding of insurance policies, coverages, and claims processing.
  • Familiarity with insurance regulations, industry standards, and claims-related legal aspects.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in managing claims teams or similar roles.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Licentiate / Associate / Fellow of Insurance Institute preferred.
  • Experience in handling Fire / Engineering / Miscellaneous Claims is essential.
