Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for developing innovative concepts, intuitive cover creatives, and supporting design layouts of 16-120 pages.
The designs should reflect modern creative trends, international layouting styles, including creative usage of brand colours, special effects, fonts, and typography, among others. You will take complete ownership of the project from start to sign off and must be flexible to accommodate both internal and external changes till the last minute.
The products developed will include voluminous documents like Annual Reports, Integrated Reports, Sustainability and ESG Reports. Knowledge of designing modern-day power point presentations and AI tools will be of further advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing innovative concepts and designs that meet client requirements.
- Collaborating with senior members of the team to ensure successful project delivery.
- Maintaining high standards of quality and consistency in all designs.
- Staying updated with current designing trends across the globe.
- Utilizing knowledge of AI tools to enhance design capabilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- Proficiency in software like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Powerpoint.
- 2-5 years of experience in graphic design.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
