IAM Support Engineer Opportunity

Our organization is seeking a seasoned IAM professional to manage identity lifecycle operations and troubleshoot complex issues related to ISIM/TDI systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide operational support for IBM ISIM (IBM Security Identity Manager) and IBM TDI (IBM Tivoli Directory Integrator) systems, ensuring seamless integration with various systems and applications.
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical issues in ISIM/TDI environments, both in production and non-production setups, utilizing strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business requirements and recommend identity management solutions that meet their needs.
  • Document solutions, issues, and workarounds to build a knowledge base for the team and customers, leveraging excellent communication skills.
  • Support and troubleshoot user authentication issues, Single Sign-On (SSO), and integration with LDAP/Active Directory, providing timely and efficient issue resolution in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs).
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5-6 years of experience working with IBM ISIM (IBM Security Identity Manager) and IBM TDI (IBM Tivoli Directory Integrator).
  • Hands-on experience in configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining IBM ISIM and TDI environments, as well as experience with ServiceNow.
  • Strong understanding of identity management concepts, including user provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), SSO, and governance, along with knowledge of web services (SOAP, REST) and integration protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team, fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
