About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing, and dispatch of goods in our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely completion of warehouse activities and meet defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Pull, fill, pack, and set up orders for delivery or pickup
  • Understand and apply warehouse processes, including GRN, FIFO, LIFO, and Put away
  • Conduct regular audits of stock levels at warehouses to maintain high accuracy
  • Generate Management Information System (MIS) reports on a monthly, weekly, and daily basis
  • Adhere to health, safety, and administrative guidelines and procedures
  • Coordinate with transporters and courier partners for dispatches and RTO orders
  • Create e-way bills, Good Receipts, and check vendor bills according to agreements
  • Collaborate with internal and external team members

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar profile with E-commerce / Fulfillment Centre
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or SAP-like ERP packages is an advantage
  • Graduate with knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Docs
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Able to perform tasks under pressure and work 6 days a week
