Job Title: Magento Technical Lead

Job Description:
  • Magneto IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Technical Lead for our Magento team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team of developers.
  • The Technical Lead will be responsible for managing deployments of CIDC pipelines, preparing technical design documents, and translating functional requirements from business users into sound technical designs.
  • The candidate should have good knowledge of branching strategies, Magento CIDC pipeline knowledge, and Adobe Commerce certification.
  • The Technical Lead will also be responsible for code review and performance optimization, payment and shipping integration, and Magento technology stack integration.
  • The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, good knowledge of the SDLC process, and knowledge of Adobe Commerce and Cloud concepts.
  • The Technical Lead will play a key role in the team to support the developers and work closely with the infrastructure team to recommend architecture changes to improve performance and availability.


Requirements:
  • Set up a GIT/ Gitlan/ Bit bucket version control for Magneto.
  • Have good knowledge of branching strategies.
  • It is good to have Magento CIDC pipeline knowledge.
  • It is good to have Adobe Commerce certification.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of the SDLC process including documentation practices.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Commerce and Cloud concepts.
  • Magento Coding best practices and coding standards (PHPCS, PHPMD, PHPSTAN, SonarQube, etc).
  • Headless Magento e-Commerce.
  • Scum Agile methodology.
