Software Engineering Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineering Specialist to lead our software programming initiatives and oversee the development of documentation.

  • Develop and direct software system validation and testing methods
  • Direct software engineering projects from conception to completion
  • Oversee the development of technical documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to communicate project statuses and proposals
  • Coordinate the installation of new systems or the modification of existing systems based on data analysis
  • Manage the software development lifecycle
  • Monitor system performance and optimize where necessary
  • Communicate key project data to team members and foster collaboration among teams
  • Develop and execute project plans to meet business objectives
  • Apply mathematical and statistical principles to solve complex problems
  • Implement best practices and standard operating procedures
  • Create innovative solutions to meet business needs
  • Test and troubleshoot new software applications
Requirements

Education: Any Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science or related field

Skills: Proficiency in software development methodologies, programming languages (e.g., Java), and version control systems (e.g., Git)

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering, preferably in a leadership role
