Interior Design Leadership Position

This senior leadership role focuses on guiding a team of internal designers and external design partners to meet sales objectives, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure the successful completion of projects.

  1. Lead the team in achieving sales targets, design partner conversion, and net promoter score goals.
  2. Mentor and coach designers to improve their skills and performance.
  3. Establish predictability in project targets, customer experience, and communication with various teams.
  4. Recruit and develop talent, emphasizing the company's values across the team.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-year Diploma in Interior Designing/Architecture from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design, preferably with people management experience.
  • Experience in building teams and designing effective processes is beneficial.
