Frontend Developer Position

We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to work on the front-end of a large, distributed application using Angular. The successful candidate will be responsible for evolving and extending the existing front-end web application, developing reusable components and features, and ensuring the application is maintainable, scalable, and deployable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evolving an existing front-end web application using Micro-frontend architecture and Angular.
  • Developing and extending the backbone of a front-end implementation building reusable components and features.
  • Maintaining and enhancing the front-end web application's codebase, ensuring it remains up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices.
  • Collaborating with the broader development team and architects to contribute to the front-end architecture application implementation.
Requirements
  • Strong background in Information Technology with expertise in Angular 12 and above.
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, and cross-browser compatible code writing.
  • Excellent understanding of AJAX and JavaScript DOM manipulation techniques.
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jasmine or Cypress) and test runner frameworks (Karma).
  • Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented design, programming, and frameworks with experience in RESTful web-services and Postman/Swagger.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with large, distributed, multi-tier enterprise applications and source code control systems like Git.
  • Engineering Degree or equivalent in IT/Software Development.
  • 5+ years' experience in Software Development/Engineering.
  • 4+ years' experience with the Angular framework (5.x and up).
