Senior Test Lead Job Description
  • We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Senior Test Lead. This individual will be responsible for leading a team of testers and ensuring that all testing activities are completed efficiently and effectively.

Our ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the Assets domain and possess expertise in Losses (LOS) and Business Rules Engine (BRE). They will also be skilled in creating test design and execution plans, as well as scheduling and managing workloads.

The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking project milestones and deliverables, coordinating with users for inputs and approvals, and reporting on testing activities, including results, case coverage, and defects.

In addition, they will be expected to ensure adherence to test processes and manage daily defect discussions. The right person for this role will be able to monitor the work of their team members and provide guidance and support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of testers to ensure efficient and effective completion of testing activities
  • Create and implement test design and execution plans
  • Schedule and manage workloads
  • Track project milestones and deliverables
  • Coordinate with users for inputs and approvals
  • Report on testing activities, including results, case coverage, and defects
  • Ensure adherence to test processes

Requirements:
