Network Security Engineer Position

This is a full-time remote role for a skilled Network Security Engineer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure network infrastructures. Key duties include monitoring network traffic for unusual activity, conducting security assessments, and collaborating with IT professionals to safeguard the organization's information.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing secure network architectures to ensure robust cybersecurity measures
  • Monitoring network traffic for signs of unauthorized activity and conducting regular security assessments to identify vulnerabilities
  • Collaborating with IT teams to develop and implement effective security protocols
  • Configuring firewalls, encryption software, and other security tools to protect against emerging threats
  • Responding to security breaches and incidents in a timely and effective manner
  • Maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive data through strict security measures

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Strong background in Network Administration and Network Engineering
  • Expertise in Network Security and Cybersecurity, including knowledge of security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption software
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
