Job Overview

Esri India is seeking an experienced geodatabase analyst to support its key and strategic customers. The successful candidate will provide solutions to customer issues and act as a subject matter expert in handling geospatial data management and usage.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers, address technical issues, and provide solutions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in geospatial data management and usage.
  • Identify, understand, and articulate solutions to customer issues using web GIS knowledge.
  • Coordinate and deliver product trainings to customers remotely and onsite.
  • Install, configure, and manage enterprise geodatabases, and version them.
  • Provide high-quality technical support and customer service through effective communication, problem-solving, and analytical approach.
  • Work in a fast-paced culture, travel to customer locations with short notice, and be ready to adapt to changing work environments.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer communication, management, and presentation skills.
  • Establish trust and relationship with Esri India users and act as a GIS SME for the customer.
  • Experience with Esri software, strong problem-solving, and analytics skills to address and resolve technical issues of ESRI mainly ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Runtime.
  • Hands-on experience in working with enterprise geodatabases, versioning, replication, installation, configuration, and performance tuning.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytics skills to address and resolve technical issues of ESRI and its inter-related technologies.

Desirable Experience:

  • Background in software support or technical customer service with direct end-user contact.
  • Hands-on experience in working with multiple teams and understanding operational processes of large organization data centers.
