Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Content Development Specialist to produce engaging content that supports our SaaS product marketing and inbound strategy.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality content, including web pages, white papers, AD copy, blog posts, images, technical product documentation, videos, and other multimedia for the web, mobile, and social media. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of digital channels and be able to drive brand growth and revenue through effective content creation.

The role includes working with the product team to align marketing messaging with the product roadmap, managing partner relationships with cloud marketplaces, reseller channels, and OEM partnerships, and collaborating with technical teams to design UX and visual elements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create high-quality content that resonates with our target audience
  • Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our business goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding
  • Manage and optimize digital campaigns across social media, Google Ads, email, and other channels
  • Analyze campaign results and provide insights to inform future content decisions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Journalism, Science, Humanities, Literature, Technology, or Marketing
  • 2+ years of experience in content marketing and writing for software companies
  • Strong English language skills in verbal and written communication
  • Experience running and optimizing digital campaigns across social media, Google Ads, email, and other channels
  • Understanding of company's online presence, including website updates (WordPress/CMS), SEO efforts, and analytics tracking
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, or other designing tools
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in content creation, WordPress management, image and graphics, digital marketing, blog writing, technical writing, video making, and inbound marketing
