  • Collaborate with the content team to create positive and engaging content that enhances the client's online presence.
  • Analyze social media and online reviews to provide actionable insights and regular performance reports to clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or queries related to ORM.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on best practices in ORM and effective use of Sprinklr.
