Job Overview:

Senior Graphic Designer

We seek a skilled and creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a talented designer to showcase their skills and contribute to the success of our organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create high-quality multimedia deliverables that meet client requirements, including print and digital media such as package design and label design.
  • Develop innovative designs for various platforms, ensuring they are visually appealing and effective in communicating the desired message.
  • Manage production/design guidelines and ensure their implementation across the team, maintaining consistency and quality throughout all projects.
  • Lead small teams of designers and oversee projects from inception to completion, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Visualize and design screens based on approved look and feel and design guidelines standards, ensuring seamless user experience.
  • Review creative output from a visual perspective and ensure products meet visuals QA standards, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Suggest creative upgrades based on the latest graphics designing trends in the market, staying up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop various output types, promoting a culture of innovation and teamwork.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • At least 3+ years hands-on experience in creating promotional content (flyers, brochures etc) or any other related domain.
  • Intermediate knowledge on Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate, After Effect, and Premiere Pro.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail, with the ability to balance creativity and technical requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
