Job Title:

Infrastructure Security Specialist

The Infrastructure Security Specialist will serve as the primary interface between clients and systems/applications. This role requires exceptional communication skills, deep product knowledge, and ability to interpret client issues and design resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage global security infrastructure Incident and Change Management environment
  • Provide technical assistance to other areas such as Problem and Release Management
  • Contribute towards Service Improvements/client value adds with an agile mindset
  • Collaborate with clients on incident management, service fulfillment teams, and delivering business value to the project
  • Participate in process optimization, service improvements, and performance related measurements/reporting

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Firewall Security Networking concepts
  • Good working experience with Fortigate, Palo, and SRX firewalls
  • In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, including packet analysis
  • Basic Linux/Unix troubleshooting experience
  • Working experience with encryption technologies/Virtual Private Networks
  • Working experience on Public Cloud AWS/Azure
  • Knowledge in Routing and Switching
  • Network Automation skill using Python, Ansible, or any other Scripting Language

Requirements:

  • Must have at least 3 years of experience
  • Need 15 years full-time education
  • Relevant network/cloud Certification preferable
