About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and maintenance for Windows desktop systems. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for Windows desktop systems, including hardware and software issues.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical problems using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
  • Migrate users from older operating systems to Windows 10/11.
  • Deploy and configure Microsoft Office upgrades and new applications.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as patch management and system updates.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong background in Windows desktop support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. The ideal candidate will also possess experience with Dell laptop/desktop hardware troubleshooting, Mobile Device Management, and VPN setup/configurations.
