Job Title: Senior Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented finance professional to work closely with senior management in shaping the organization's financial strategy. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling large volumes of data, providing actionable insights, and supporting decision-making through accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • MIS Reporting: Prepare and analyze in-depth MIS reports in various formats.
  • Financial Planning: Drive comprehensive financial planning including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Accounts Management: Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes efficiently.
  • Statutory Compliance: Handle all statutory compliances including GST, TDS, and liaising with Income Tax departments.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Independently manage the preparation of Balance Sheets in compliance with IFRS/IGAAP standards.
  • Audit Coordination: Bring prior experience in audit coordination, preferably with Big 4 firms.
  • Taxation Knowledge: Apply advanced knowledge of direct, indirect, and deferred taxation.
  • Adaptability: Maintain flexibility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Communication: Communicate fluently in English, both verbal and written.
  • ERP Systems: Possess hands-on experience with ERP systems.

Qualifications:

  • Finance Degree: M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA / IPCC / PCC
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
