Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to fill the role of Academic Advisor. This individual will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to students as they navigate their academic journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and lead generation: Identify and research potential clients and target markets, generating leads through various channels.
  • Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding client needs and requirements.
  • Sales and revenue growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations to clients.
  • Market analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors, analyzing market data to identify new business opportunities.
  • Reporting and documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions, preparing regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve collective goals, providing feedback to the product development team based on client insights.
  • Student counseling: Engage with prospective students in-person and over the phone to understand their academic background, career objectives, and learning preferences.
  • Enrollment assistance: Assist students with the enrollment process, including course selection, fee payment, and registration, following up with potential leads and encouraging them to join the courses.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role.
