Graphic Designer Position

We are a dynamic, fast-growing creative agency that thrives on storytelling and bold design thinking.

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for bringing ideas to life with creativity, craft, and care. You will work on engaging visual assets across digital and print formats, collaborating with strategists, copywriters, and marketing teams to bring creative ideas to execution.

The ideal candidate will have 1.5–3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an agency setting. They must have strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design tools, as well as basic understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualise and design engaging visual assets across digital and print formats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring creative ideas to execution.
  • Translate brand guidelines into consistent, premium, and innovative visual outputs.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time and priorities effectively.
  • Maintain a high standard of quality while adapting designs to client feedback.
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 1.5–3 years of professional graphic design experience (agency experience preferred).
  • Must know video editing with After Effects, Image editing with Illustrator & Photoshop.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital-first design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator etc), Figma, and other design tools.
  • Basic understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience with motion graphics/video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
