Beauty Ambassador Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as a Beauty Advisor at Estee Lauder Companies in Nykaa On Trend Bemvinda Apts.

About the Role:

As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming in-store experience that educates and delights our customers. You will work closely with our high-performing team to create impactful in-store events and maintain visually appealing displays that showcase our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized and inspirational customer service, demonstrating a high level of creative and technical expertise in makeup artistry.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain excellent visual merchandising standards.
  • Participate in in-store events and promotions, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Desirable qualification in make-up artistry or previous retail experience in makeup/similar industries.
  • Able to demonstrate ability to provide authentic and personalized customer service.
  • Prior experience working retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with retail point-of-sale software.
  • Must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend an interview.
