This role requires deep expertise in AWS services, modern application development, microservices, serverless architectures, and cloud-native best practices. The candidate will work closely with sales, delivery, and engineering teams to drive solution strategy, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and create winning proposals.

The key responsibilities of this role include:
  • Designing AWS-based Cloud Native Application Architectures that ensure scalability, high availability, security, and cost optimization for BFSI clients.
  • Leading end-to-end pre-sales engagements, including solution workshops, technical discussions, and proof-of-concept (PoC) development.
  • Defining winning cloud-native solution strategies, aligning with customer requirements, budgets, and business objectives.

Client Engagement & Thought Leadership

In this role, you will act as a trusted cloud advisor to BFSI customers, engaging with CIOs, CTOs, Enterprise Architects, and Business Stakeholders. You will conduct technical deep dives, solution demos, and workshops to educate customers on AWS Cloud adoption, modernization, and innovation. You will address client challenges around legacy modernization, monolith-to-microservices transformation, and cloud-native security. Additionally, you will drive thought leadership by publishing whitepapers, blogs, and participating in industry conferences.

Solution Governance & Deal Strategy

You will define solution governance frameworks to ensure architectural consistency, cost-efficiency, and technical feasibility. You will evaluate and recommend the right mix of AWS services based on workload requirements. You will develop solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, cloud migration roadmaps, and total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis. You will support proposal writing, RFP responses, SoWs, pricing models, and deal negotiations.

Industry & Market Intelligence

You will stay updated on emerging AWS technologies, BFSI industry trends, compliance regulations, and competitive landscape. You will build relationships with AWS, ISV partners, and FinTech ecosystems to enhance solution offerings. You will conduct competitive analysis to differentiate Talentmatics' AWS cloud-native capabilities in the BFSI market.

Qualifications & Skillsets

To be successful in this role, you will need strong expertise in AWS Cloud services, modern application development using Microservices, Serverless, Event-Driven Architectures, and API-first strategies. You will have hands-on experience in application modernization, containerization, and CI/CD automation.
