We're seeking a talented Researcher in Chemistry to lead our chemistry and AI initiatives. As a researcher, you'll push the boundaries of chemistry and artificial intelligence, creating innovative problems and analyzing model responses to refine our large language models.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact projects that will shape the future of chemistry and AI. You'll collaborate with experts worldwide to test and refine AI models, ensuring they can handle complex reasoning and logical steps.

• You'll create chemistry problems and review how the AI solves them, sharing insights on its understanding of abstract thinking and structured problem-solving.
• Your tasks will include calculating equilibrium concentrations, developing reactor models, and more.

To be successful, you'll need:

• A PhD or Postdoctoral degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• Strong research and analytical skills, with a passion for solving challenging chemistry problems.
• Able to provide clear, constructive feedback with examples.
• Strong written communication, especially in remote settings.
• Comfortable working independently, with stable computer and internet access.

We offer a flexible remote work arrangement, with time commitments ranging from 20 to 40 hours per week. You'll have the possibility of contract extension based on performance, making this a great opportunity to grow with us.
