Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer

This is a senior-level graphic designer position that requires experience in both graphic design and product packaging.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual arts, industrial design, or a related field, with at least 4 years of experience in graphic design. A focus on packaging design is essential, as well as proven experience in a senior or lead design role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Graphic Design:
    • Create visually stunning graphics for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
    • Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and other print collateral.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual assets that enhance brand messaging and drive engagement.
  • Product Packaging Design:
    • Lead the design process for product packaging, from initial concept through to final production.
    • Develop innovative packaging solutions that are not only visually appealing but also functional and aligned with the brand's identity.
    • Work closely with product managers to understand packaging requirements, such as materials, functionality, and user experience.
    • Create dielines, 3D mockups, and prototypes to visualize packaging concepts.
  • Brand Identity & Visual Consistency:
    • Ensure all designs align with the brand's visual identity and guidelines.
    • Maintain a consistent style and quality across all graphic and packaging materials.
    • Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of the brand's look and feel.
  • Project Leadership and Collaboration:
    • Oversee and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
    • Mentor junior designers and provide feedback to help them develop their skills.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to align design work with broader company goals.
  • Trend Awareness & Innovation:
    • Stay updated on the latest design and packaging trends, technologies, and best practices.
    • Bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team, exploring new design approaches to keep the brand relevant and engaging.
    • Experiment with new techniques and tools to elevate design quality and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Industrial Design, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 4 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on packaging design.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Experience in creating packaging designs, including knowledge of dielines, mockups, and production-ready files.
  • Familiarity with 3D modeling and mockup software for packaging (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus.
  • Creative Skills: Strong sense of design aesthetics, color theory, typography, and layout.
  • Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work under tight deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present design ideas and concepts clearly and effectively.
