Enterprise Entrepreneurship Researcher

This role is a key part of an initiative to promote innovation-driven entrepreneurship. The focus is on fostering growth across multiple domains, including incubation, acceleration, research, and publication.
The primary responsibility is to develop in-depth case studies on entrepreneurship by conducting comprehensive research, engaging with stakeholders, and collaborating with faculty members.
Key objectives include:
- Writing clear and insightful case studies that effectively communicate key learnings and recommendations.
- Conducting thorough qualitative and quantitative research on relevant topics.
- Validating data through interviews with founders, investors, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Analyzing collected data to identify relevant frameworks for case studies.
- Collaborating with faculty members to define objectives, frameworks, structures, and teaching notes.
- Reviewing and editing case studies to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to guidelines.
Applicants must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Experience in writing case studies.
- Published research articles in entrepreneurship or related fields.
- Hold an MBA/M.Phil or be pursuing a PhD in entrepreneurship or a related field.
- Alternatively, have relevant experience in researching startups.
- Minimum 1-3 years of prior work experience.
