Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee and optimize our affiliate network.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving quality leads, conversions, and revenue through various marketing models.

This involves managing relationships with affiliate partners, networks, and platforms to ensure campaign delivery and compliance.

Metric analysis is also key, including tracking clicks, leads, sales, ROI, and fraud.

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-performing web affiliates and publishers.
  • Negotiate campaign terms and payouts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless campaign execution.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in web affiliate marketing, lead generation, or performance marketing.
  • Strong grasp of key web KPIs: CTR, CR, EPC, ROI, etc.
  • Experience using tracking and attribution platforms like HasOffers (TUNE), Impact, Everflow, or Affise.
  • Familiarity with affiliate networks, publishers, and traffic sources in web marketing.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, coupled with a data-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and performance dashboards.
