Job Overview

We are seeking a highly competent and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) certified by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) to join our team. The role involves delivering comprehensive accounting, taxation, auditing, financial planning, and compliance services to our domestic Indian clientele.

The ideal candidate must possess in-depth knowledge of Indian financial regulations, direct and indirect taxation, statutory audits, and financial reporting standards.

  • Preparation and finalization of financial statements as per Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and applicable accounting guidelines.
  • Conducting statutory and internal audits ensuring adherence to compliance requirements laid down by ICAI and regulatory bodies.
  • Preparing, reviewing, and filing Income Tax returns, GST returns, and other statutory compliance documents.
  • Managing audits including statutory, tax, internal, and compliance audits.
  • Providing tax planning and advisory services, ensuring clients comply with relevant taxation regulations.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate compliance with ROC filings, tax audits, and regulatory reporting.
  • Offering guidance and support for corporate finance activities, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Liaising with government authorities, regulatory agencies, and banking institutions as necessary.
  • Maintaining client relationships through regular interactions, providing strategic financial advice and solutions.
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in taxation laws, regulatory updates, and accounting standards.
Qualifications & Experience
  • A qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI is mandatory.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in Indian accounting, taxation, and statutory audits.
  • In-depth knowledge of Ind AS, GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, and regulatory compliances.
  • Experience in reputable accounting firms or corporate financial roles preferred.
  • Proficiency with accounting software and taxation tools.
