Our technology hub, the Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center, serves as the epicenter of innovation and product development for the organization and its diverse portfolio of brands (current and future). The Center focuses on developing cutting-edge capabilities in data science, data analytics, e-commerce, automation, cloud computing, and information security to propel the company's rapid growth and influence how we engage with our guests.

The Hyderabad Support Center will also host an innovation lab and collaborate with startups to develop solutions for productivity optimization, workforce management, loyalty management, payment systems, and more.

  • Develop reliable and efficient machine learning models for real-time and streaming applications.
  • Curate and refine data inputs to build standardized datasets for model development.
  • Continuously monitor deployed models, identify issues, detect data drift, and model drift of new and existing machine learning processes.
  • Provide automation capabilities within model workflows using ML orchestration tools and services.
  • Ensure reproducibility of models by supporting versioning of both data and code.
  • Perform UAT of new or changing data sources and assess their impact on machine learning pipelines.
  • Perform data feature audits and assess potential impact to prevent data leakage and enhance model performance.
RequirementsMinimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and experience with machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
  • 3-6 years of industry experience with at least 1-2 years relevant experience working with production machine learning pipelines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2-3 years relevant experience working with production machine learning pipelines.
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
Key Skills
  • Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data manipulation.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and tools for model deployment and maintenance.
  • Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and distributed computing.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Experience with database systems and SQL.
