As a Process Associate, you will play a key role in Record to Report - Servicing of Loans. This position involves account maintenance, bank reconciliations, payment processing, invoicing, and investor reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Administer loan accounts by onboarding loans in the system of record, ensuring seamless process flow, and reporting any discrepancies to management.
  • Process payments via check, wire, and ACH with zero errors.
  • Perform timely account maintenance involving due date changes, contact information updates, assumptions, cancellations, and other tasks within agreed timelines.
  • Refunds issued to borrowers are processed within specified service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Ensure 100% quality checks are performed through peer audits and 30% FLM audits on all deliverables.
  • Validate all cash and financial transactions via daily cash reconciliation.

Accounting

Prepare daily and monthly collection and operating reconciliations.

Report open items to management and clients on agreed timelines.

Deliver accurate and timely daily and monthly reporting to clients with SLA adherence.

Process sales, repurchases within specified SLAs.

Process refunds and filing checks within agreed SLAs.

Credit reporting is delivered to clients as per agreed timeline.

Others

Action daily CORA workflows and ensure no workflow remains open for more than three days without valid reasons.

Perform 100% peer audits and 30% FLM audits on each activity, and report discrepancies.

Earn client contracts by meeting or exceeding SLAs and KPIs.

Refer to Standard Operating Procedures while processing and update recent changes immediately.

Report errors on the error tracker daily.

Seek guidance from First-Line Managers (FLMs) for knowledge gaps.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B Com)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Skills: Good written and verbal communication, MS Excel knowledge (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Macros), Power BI, Quality, Lean Process Improvement knowledge
