We are seeking a highly skilled Organic Chemist to join our Chemistry Division.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on position where you will design, synthesize, and purify novel fluorescent dyes and advanced organic compounds. Your work will contribute directly to the development of next-generation research products.

  • Design and execute multi-step synthetic routes for fluorescent dyes and related compounds.
  • Optimize existing protocols for yield, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Apply advanced purification techniques such as column chromatography, HPLC, recrystallization, and preparative TLC.
  • Characterize compounds using NMR, LC-MS, UV-Vis, and fluorescence spectroscopy.
  • Analyze spectral data to confirm structure, identity, and purity.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed lab documentation.
  • Collaborate with biology and product development teams to align on project goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with scientific advancements and contribute innovative chemistry solutions.
About You:

To be successful in this role, you should have 2–3 years of experience in organic synthesis and purification. You should also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
