We are seeking a skilled Mixology Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the bar team, training staff, and developing innovative cocktail programs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and train the bar team to deliver exceptional cocktails and service.
  • Develop and implement creative cocktail menus and promotions.
  • Manage bar operations, inventory, and costs to ensure profitability.
Requirements:
  • 4-5 years of experience in bar operations, preferably in a high-volume standalone bar or a luxury 5-star property.
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and inventory management.
  • Experience in team management, hiring, and training.
  • Exceptional guest service and conflict resolution skills.
