Java Software Engineering Lead

Seeking a seasoned Java software engineering professional with 4-10 years of experience in breaking down monolithic applications and building distributed systems using microservices architecture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply expertise in Java development to design, develop, and deploy complex software systems that are scalable and efficient.
  • Develop robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions utilizing Java core concepts, including concurrency and advanced data structures.
  • Design and implement object-oriented software systems adhering to SOLID principles, design patterns, and enterprise-level software architecture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build RESTful APIs, integrate web services, and ensure seamless communication between systems.
Requirements:
  • 4-10 years of professional experience in Java software development.
  • Demonstrable expertise in breaking down monolithic applications and building distributed systems with microservices architecture.
  • Exceptional command of core Java concepts, including concurrency and JVM internals.
  • Deep understanding of Object-Oriented design principles (SOLID), design patterns, and enterprise-level software architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases, including schema design and performance tuning.
  • Strong practical experience with messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.
  • Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of complex projects from concept to deployment.
  • Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
