Molecular Imaging Business Development Leader

We are seeking a Regional Product Manager to drive business growth for our Molecular Imaging product portfolio in North India.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of market dynamics and be able to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve quarterly and annual business outcomes. They will work closely with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to drive mindshare and win rates across our range of products, and collaborate with the Direct Sales team to enhance visibility and segment growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive premium segment growth for Molecular Imaging product portfolio business in North India region.
- Work with KOLs to drive mindshare and win rates across MI range of products.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve quarterly and annual business outcomes.
- Collaborate with government teams to increase bid participation and win rate.
- Provide regular feedback on market dynamics and recommend action points to address market needs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, to develop regional KOLs with a focus on clinical outcomes and developing key differentiators.
- Achieve business growth outcomes strictly in alignment with company policies.
Requirements:
Strong background in Clinical Applications, Sales, or Product Management required. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college preferred. Minimum 5 years' experience in relevant field. Strong oral and written communication skills essential.
