We are looking for a skilled and motivated Java Backend Developer with 4+ years of experience to play a key role in developing scalable, secure, and robust backend services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Java 11 Spring Boot, and Microservices.
  • Implement security features using Spring Security to ensure secure communication and data handling.
  • Design and build containerized applications using Docker, contributing to DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and product owners.
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices in coding and design.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4+ years of backend development experience using Java (preferably Java 11 or above).
  • Strong expertise in: Spring Boot, Spring Security, Microservices, Docker.
  • Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
  • Good understanding of software design patterns and system architecture.
  • Familiarity with build tools like Maven/Gradle and version control systems like Git.
  • Exposure to CI/CD tools and container orchestration platforms (e.g., Jenkins, Kubernetes - a plus).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana) is beneficial.
